2020年3月13日，美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）發布對特定可折疊便攜家具（Certain Collapsible and Portable Furniture，調查編碼：337-TA-1178）的337調查終裁：對本案行政法官于2020年2月20日作出的初裁（No. 6）予以復審，即基于雙方和解與同意令，終止對中國福建Fujian Zenithen Consumer Products Co., Ltd., of Fuzhou, Fujian, China、香港特別行政區Zenithen Hong Kong Ltd. of Causeway Bay, Hong Kong、美國Zenithen USA LLC of Upland, CA的調查，并發布同意令。

2019年9月30日，美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）投票決定對特定可折疊便攜家具（Certain Collapsible and Portable Furniture）啟動337調查（調查編碼：337-TA-1178）。

2019年8月16日，美國GCI Outdoor, Inc.向美國ITC提出337立案調查申請，主張對美出口、在美進口和在美銷售的該產品侵犯了其專利權（美國注冊專利號9,282,824、9,060,611），請求美國ITC發布有限排除令、禁止令。

美國Denovo Brands, LLC, Bentonville, AR、中國福建Zhenli (Zhanghzhou) Industrial Co., Ltd., China、中國福建正盛日用品有限公司Fujian Zenithen Consumer Products Co., Ltd., China、香港特別行政區Zenithen Hong Kong Ltd.、美國Zenithen USA LLC, Upland, CA、美國Westfield Outdoor, Inc. d/b/a Westfield Outdoors, Indianapolis, IN、美國MacSports Inc、中國山東Meike (Qingdao) Leisure Products Co., Ltd為列名被告。
